First arrived there was a stabbing hole in the box it’s not bad other than that but for collectors that’s bad thing negates the whole thing trying to decide whether to return it or not but it is quite good would gave 5 stars minus half star 4.5 stars for hole in box attention to detail excellent

I tried to cancel the order when I placed the order because I realized the decoration was going to be too big for where I was going to put it. I tried to cancel the order and every button I hit would not delete the order. I bet I tried for ten minutes to find the right button to delete the order and it just didn’t work. I guess when you’re 70 years old, you should just go to the store and stay off of Amazon so you don’t press the wrong button. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter who collects Star Trek.

Superb product. Don’t know if this was original price when released but even at this amount of money I felt I got 100% value. I was delighted when I unpacked it, plugged it in, pushed the button to hear the sound and the light display. It contained two separate mini-phrases by Kirk, Spock & Bones asking to be “beamed up” and it was wonderful. You also hear Scotty in the background acknowledging the order and the beaming sound of the transporter. The item came in a decently protective box and that is where this treasure will stay except occasional viewing/showing as this is a collectors item. Found out about this product in a 2019 Star Trek magazine and wasn’t sure I’d find one now thats its nearing Summer 2020 but did and ordered immediately. Highly recommend. Thank-you.

On arrival the shipping box was penetrated in a couple of spots and one corner was torn open. Upon opening the the shipping box, the Keepsake box containing the ornament was found to be basically intact but creased and bent up a bit. Upon removing the ornament as far as I can tell it is intact as I’ve not seen any signs of damage once it is outside of the internal shipping protections. That being said, I’ve yet to get it to power on, using the Keepsake Power Cord. It looks like it should work, the male to female part of it, but so far no joy. Work in progress.
