The doll is ok but it didn’t have features of the Uhura character? It’s too little in scale I t shouldbe at least 9 or 11 inches tall .

As a lifelong fan of the MEGO brand, I’ve always wanted to go back and collect the Star Trek figures that I missed out on as kid. This Romulan Commander is an excellent figure that fits in well with the classic toys and their modern counterparts. The helmet is removable, revealing a nice likeness of actor Mark Leonard. It’s pretty snug, so I wouldn’t make a habit of taking it on and off repeatedly. Doing so may rub the paint or run the risk of breaking the angled pieces on the front. The soft goods on the uniform are well made and his outfit is both screen-accurate and durable. The colors and textures are perfect. The one thing they need to address is the gun accessory — it’s just like the phaser that comes with Kirk, Spock, etc. I know the classic line had villains with Federation phasers, due to production costs. But any figure going forward needs accessories that match the race. It wouldn’t take much to create a screen-accurate disruptor and it would add more value to the toys.

The card had been boxed taped over because the bubble had came loose from the cardboard card. Kirk had all accessories though. Luckily I wanted to display figure.

Item is great. I have nothing against Mego here, however…Bought item like new from Amazon Warehouse, where it said it was in the original packaging. Neglected to mention that the original packaging had been opened and put back together, negating the purpose of “in original packaging” for a collectable item.
