I bought this for my toddler (32 pounds and 33 inches tall). I thought a kids size small would let us layer for Halloween, but the sleeves barely fit his arms. The torso is loose, but that’s it.

Very under whelmed with the quality. For the price I expected something half decent, but this fell well below my expectations. It looks ok. The shirt is more greenish-gold than I think it should be. My ten-year-old is very small for his age and a medium fit well. The pants are so thin we had to have him wear other pants underneath.
