   Other similar wineglasses were sold in pairs — for about the same price — so I either misread or presumed this was a set. These are individual glasses. (The dangers of tabbed browsing and needing a gift in a hurry.)They have a good weight and are generous sized. Write up does say, “Care: Dishwasher Safe For Convenient Use, Optional Hand Wash To Preserve Design.” Looking at these, unfortunately, I would say they MUST be hand washed — the etching appears quite shallow. Design could be damaged or wash off in dishwasher.Sadly, a bit underwhelmed for the price.

   I love things that are subtlety nerdy. Especially ones where the only way someone would know you are being a super nerd is if they were also an undercover in the Nerd clan. This glass is one of those things! Everyone likes the glass and thinks it looks sophisticated but most thought the glass came from some type of fancy wine tasting event. It’s perfect for being Nerdy in public or at home. I hope CBS can come up with many more subtly nerdy things!

   My roommate is a huge Picard fan and as soon as I saw it I knew it would make a great gift. Great quality, the design is beautiful. She loved it.
